Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and self-paced learning platform operated by iCodejr Academy, a division of Learn and Grow FZ-LLC, incorporated in the United Arab Emirates (“iCodejr”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using our website or services at https://icodejr.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. About iCodejr

iCodejr Academy provides self-paced educational programs for children, focused on coding, technology, and future-ready skills. All services are delivered online and require parental involvement and consent.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

Accounts may be created by:

  • A parent or legal guardian
  • A parent together with a child
  • A child with parental consent, as permitted by applicable law

Parents or guardians are fully responsible for:

  • Account creation
  • Supervision of the child’s activity
  • All usage under the account

Each subscription is valid for one (1) child only.

Account credentials are strictly non-transferable. Account sharing between families is not permitted.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal

Access to the platform is provided on a paid subscription basis.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal.

Pricing Changes

iCodejr reserves the right to change subscription pricing for future renewals. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect the current billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested by contacting contact@icodejr.com.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be pro-rated based on unused subscription time
  • Any payment gateway or card processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount

Refunds are not guaranteed in cases of:

  • Policy violations
  • Misuse of the platform
  • Account termination for cause

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

iCodejr does not store or process credit card or banking information.

6. Platform Use & User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Share login credentials
  • Allow third parties to access their account
  • Upload inappropriate, harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, download, or redistribute platform content
  • Use the platform for any purpose other than personal educational use

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

Platform Content

All platform materials, including but not limited to:

  • Course videos
  • Curriculum
  • Worksheets
  • Lesson content
  • Platform design and structure

are the exclusive intellectual property of iCodejr Academy and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission.

Student Projects

Students retain ownership of projects they create.

By uploading projects, users grant iCodejr a limited, non-exclusive license to display such projects for:

  • Educational purposes
  • Platform demonstrations
  • Student showcases

8. Educational Disclaimer

iCodejr does not guarantee:

  • Specific skill outcomes
  • Academic results
  • Career or professional outcomes

Certificates issued by iCodejr are internal recognitions only and are not externally accredited unless explicitly stated.

9. Platform Availability

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

iCodejr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

iCodejr reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or restrict access for policy violations
  • Terminate accounts for misuse, abuse, or unlawful activity
  • Terminate access without refund in cases of serious violations

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • iCodejr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk
  • iCodejr’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription period in question

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
