This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased on iCodejr Academy, a division of Learn and Grow FZ-LLC, operating at https://icodejr.com.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Subscription-Based Services
iCodejr Academy provides access to self-paced digital learning programs through paid subscriptions.
All subscriptions:
- Are billed in advance
- Provide access to digital content
- Auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
2. Refund Eligibility
Parents or legal guardians may request a refund at any time during an active subscription.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued on a pro-rated basis, calculated daily for the unused portion of the subscription period
- Any payment gateway or card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount
Refund approval is subject to review and compliance with this policy.
3. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted via email only.

- Subscription details
4. Refund Processing & Platform Access
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
- Platform access will be immediately revoked once a refund is approved and processed
- Refund timelines depend on the payment processor and issuing bank
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in cases including, but not limited to:
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Sharing of login credentials or unauthorised access
- Misuse, copying, redistribution, or reverse-engineering of platform content
- Abuse of the refund process or repeated refund requests
6. Free Trials & Promotional Offers
iCodejr Academy may offer free trials (currently 7 days) and/or discounted promotional offers.
Free trials and promotional discounts are non-refundable.
Once a paid subscription begins, refunds are governed by this Refund Policy.
7. Auto-Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Charges resulting from auto-renewal are eligible for pro-rated refund review, subject to this policy.
8. No Refunds Based on Outcomes
Refunds are not provided based on:
- Learning outcomes
- Academic performance
- Skill progression expectations
- Time spent on the platform
All programs are self-paced, and learning outcomes may vary by student.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
